First part of week 4's homework.

Assignment 3, Part 1

Had a little time to sketch tonight. I have fallen behind on the assignments, unfortunately, but will do my best to catch up. For these I skipped the trace-overs and when straight into some semi-caricatured, very quick interpretations.

Assignment 2: Jekyll & Hyde

So I know I am going ass back wards with all the homework assignments....but at least they are getting done. Here are my silhouettes for Assignment 2: Jekyll & Hyde. I am thinking of taking the easy way and doing a wizard gone bad and corrupted by black magic...or a demon...or whatever.

Silhouettes (Finally!)

Alright, so I needed to just go ahead and post these. I didn't get as many done as I would have liked, but it was a good excercize and I really enjoyed the challenge of communicating a character through gesture and pose.

The two Jekylls on the top left are fairly standard fare, with their corresponding creature below. however, the idea I liked was the Jekyll/Hyde combo of an old man trying to create a serum to grant him eternal youth. The result is an attractive young man... with a thirst for blood! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
